We’re a community choir of more than 70 women of all ages and backgrounds who share a passion for performing four-part a cappella harmony in barbershop style. In 2017, we celebrate our 20th anniversary!
Members live in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and the Central Coast. Music and joy go hand in hand – we’re a community of friends who love to harmonise together. Come and sing with us – our outstanding education program will give you the confidence to be the singer you’ve dreamed of becoming.
We are a proud chapter of Sweet Adelines International, the world’s largest singing organisation for women. Australia is officially Region 34 of Sweet Adelines International but is better known as Sweet Adelines Australia.
We rehearse at The Sydney Japanese School, Booralie Road, Terrey Hills each Monday from 7.30pm-10pm. Come to one of our Open Nights and see for yourself – visit our How to Join page for information. If you’re a woman who loves to sing, our award-winning Sweet Adelines chorus is the place for you!
Discover how singing and the wonderful sound of four-part a cappella harmony can be good for the mind, body and soul. Read about three of our members in the January edition of Peninsula Living magazine.
Join us in celebrating our 20th anniversary with a night of a cappella harmony as never experienced before with special guest Gina Jeffreys.
